Lil' Dragon finished on 6/18/2014!

Lil' Dragon is officially completed as of June 18th, 2014!  I am pleased with how the little fella turned out and hope you like him too.   The finished, trimmed size is 8.278" x 10.803" ...

I'm thinking that I would like to try my hand at another Lil' Dragon ... ;)

  2. Oh Karen, this little guy is wonderful. I love the colors you selected for him. What a lucky dragon to have found his creation in your talented soul. Thanks for sharing him with us. GK and Ry said he looks quite tame and good natured. xoxo Oma Linda

    1. Not sure where he came from, he just kept showing up in my head so I finally had to get him down on paper! Say Hi to GK and Ry for me, they are both just super sweethearts!

    1. Most dragons are scary, but this is my dragon and I like to do "happy" pieces ... so he will be a sweet dragon with a sunny disposition!

    1. Hey MaddyRose! I have missed you as much as Sunshine Shelle! Good to hear from you again!

Have you tried your talented hand at making a paper machete baby dragon? I'll bet one would fit right into your household!

  6. Adorable! Love the colors. You should join us at the sketchfest. It's once a month and I think you would have a blast. You have an hour to sketch, draw or paint a prompt theme someone posts. The prompts range from fantasy to realistic and then you can sell them there at the site. I haven't been able to participate very much these last few months due to school, but just got to in the one this past weekend. Take Care!

  7. Sketchfest? I'll have to pop over to your blog and check for more info on it! Thanks for the invite! Not sure I would get much done in an hour but it might just generate some good ideas!
